Return & Refund Policy

  • Customer must check if she gets all the products properly in front of the delivery person.
  • If any product is missing let us know, we will send the item or refund your money.
  • If you get a wrong or damaged product, inform our customer support & return the product to the delivery person.
  • In case of wrong or damaged product, you may ask for a refund. We will refund your money within 5 working days.
  • Products must be intact while you return it. Otherwise, exchange or refund will not be processed (Not applicable for damaged products).
  • And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, customers must pay the transportation cost.
  • Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
